RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will check all items carefully before shipping out to our customers and ensure that all items are in good condition.
We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges at the moment.
We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase; however, in the event that faulty or wrong goods are received, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 2 working days from the date you received it. All returned items must be sent back within 7 working days after receiving our email notification with return details, otherwise no refund will be issued.
Faulty or Wrong goods
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be entitled for the return or refund, and will be sent back at customer’s cost.
Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Please remember to keep the proof of posting certificate from your carrier for reference. Without this, we cannot proceed the refund if we do not receive your parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or potential rejection of your return or refund.
We shall replace for the same item in the same color and size subject to availability. A Store credit will be made if the item can’t be replaced or repaired.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the MMW concept as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that all monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate as the real goods.
